PMC Mission Statement
Premier Ministry Concepts exist to engage with the Senior Pastor’s
vision and partner in “Vision Construction” along
with “Vision Articulation” and ensure the pastor’s
vision is in step and rhythm with all the church ministries
and the various constituencies (church members/ attendees) of
these ministries see and understand where they fit in the next
three to five years in the church’s ministry. In other
words,”PMC is committed in assisting the Senior Pastor
in developing strategies that will communicate the vision in
many ways, many different times and to many different constituencies.
At PMC, we are fully cognizant that today’s church is
not a “One size vision fits all.”
PMC Vision Statement
The vision of Premier Ministry Concepts is to take the church’s
workable strategic plan (Vision) that has an end result in
view and can be measured with verifiable results and engage
with the Senior Pastor and local church leaders in helping
the lay leader/volunteer know one’s clearly defined
role in the vision as well as what is expected of him/her.
Once the vision is aligned properly with what the pastor sees,
hears and feels regarding the church’s future, the church
is positioned to move forward in partnership with PMC concerning
several possible projects based upon the urgency of the church’s
need. For example:

Capital Stewardship Campaign (spiritual
journey)
• Relocation
of Ministry
•
Debt Retirement (free up ministry dollars)
•
New Facilities (worship center, multi-purpose
ministry facility, educational facility, etc)
•
Capital Stewardship Campaign focused
on “Regional Evangelistic Outreach" Project is
people (unchurched-unreached-de-churched)
•
Capital Stewardship Campaign for World
Mission (raising significant dollars for one or multiple projects-
Project is the Great Commission and People)
